III.Accesories Workshop:

 

A complete production process mainly includes:

material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection.

 

We arrange at least one worker on each cutting machine. In terms of quality control, we adopt a reporting mechanism.

IV.Inspection:

Our loader will do the road test for 3 to 6km. If the water temperature is below 100 deg celcius after the road test, that is qualified, otherwise, technician will check where the problem is.

 

And then check if the lub oil pressure is normal; and use thermometer to test the temperture of gearbox and hydraulic oil. Touch the air pump by hand; check for abnormal noise, oil leakage, and do the brake performance test: drive the loader on a 45-degree slope, step on the brake and do not let go, it's okay if the loader does not move.

 

V.Shipment:

Heavy steel wire and Triangle wood make the packing job more fasten.
