Good welding is done at once, so there will not be seam greater than 1mm. And fair welding will have break point. Whereas bad welding makes the seam too wide, they have to stuffiron in theside the seam and weld another layer outside. It is hard to tell from the apearance, but the intergrity and strength of the finish product is totally different.

Although most of the welding is done by robot, our workers has a lot to do. We also arrange teams for welding, mainly responsible for current adjustment, giving welding wire to the robot, manual welding for structural parts, and handling the mechanical failure. Our quality management also uses the reporting mechanism. In other words, if the problem arise and is found in the subsequent steps, it will be reported. If the welding seam is found to be greater than 1mm, it will be reported and punished.
