1.Split-Type YJ265 280 Torque Converter
The torque converter adopted is a kind of split- type torque converter, which is beneficial for the cooling of hydraulic oil and easy maintenance.
2.Articulated Stucture and Air Service Brake
1) Articulated Structure make the track of rear wheels of the wheel loader coincide with the track of its front wheels when turning to make the turning radius short, which enables it to work on a narrow site.
2) The Service Brake of this wheel loader adopts air brake, which is more stable and light than normal oil brake
3.Attachments
This compact wheel loader can be equipped with optional quick hitch , and this quick hitch enables this compact wheel loader to change quickly among multiple attachments, such as hay grapple, grass fork, wood fork, timber grapple, pallet fork, bale grapple, four-in-one bucket, straight snow blade, V-shaped snow plow, snow bucket, drum grab, barrel grapple, snow blower, street sweeper and sand bucket etc.
4.Production line management
A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection.
There is actually a step before spray painting worth mentioning, which is shot blast.
The welded parts will be put inside the shot blasting machine to remove the uneven surface. The machine in the picture here is one of our shot blasting machine. It shots out tiny steel grains in 60m/s speed to eliminate residual stress of casting, forging and welding.
The next step must be spary painting. Here is the structure diagram of our factory's spray painting workshop. Normally, the spray painting process includes hanging the parts, spraying primer or first layer coating, baking finish, sparying second layer coating, baking finish, drying in three different temperature.
