2.Details and advantages
1.Split-Type YJ265 280 Torque Converter
The torque converter adopted is a kind of split- type torque converter, which is beneficial for the cooling of hydraulic oil and easy maintenance.
2.Articulated Stucture and Air Service Brake
1) Articulated Structure make the track of rear wheels of the wheel loader coincide with the track of its front wheels when turning to make the turning radius short, which enables it to work on a narrow site.
2) The Service Brake of this wheel loader adopts air brake, which is more stable and light than normal oil brake

The transmission of this wheel loader is kind of automatic transmission. And the lifting and withdrawing of bucket is controlled by Hydraulic Joystick System. It is very convenient for user to operate. The ergonomic seat has the function of flexible suspension and height adjustment.
5.Wide Front Bucket attached with removable Fork and Scraper
The Inner width of bucket of this Wheel Loader is 2000 mm. It is wider than normal type and could load more material at one time. The front of the bucket is equipped with wear-resistant removable fork and scraper.The thickness of fork is 70 mm, which is much more robust than normal type.
6.The Thickened and Heavy-duty Frame
The thickness of articulated section and front frame is 50 mm.
The thickness of lifting arm is 30 mm and the thickness of counter weight plate is 10 mm.
All these four important parts have been thickened and are much stronger than others'
7.The thickened hinges pins and bushing.
First,if you take a look at the video, you can see the structure of hinge. During the process of working, driving, and turning, the hinge parts are subject to frequent stress and high wearing, so the quality of the hinge must be good. The sleeves and bearings are common parts in articulated hinges.Articulated bearings also have quality differences.

This compact wheel loader can be equipped with optional quick hitch , and this quick hitch enables this compact wheel loader to change quickly among multiple attachments, such as hay grapple, grass fork, wood fork, timber grapple, pallet fork, bale grapple, four-in-one bucket, straight snow blade, V-shaped snow plow, snow bucket, drum grab, barrel grapple, snow blower, street sweeper and sand bucket etc.
4.Production line management
A complete production process mainly includes: material procurement-steel plate cutting-welding-spray painting -drying-assembly-inspection.
Second step of assembly is to connect the engine and gearbox together, install drive shafts, add engine lub. oil, connect the pipeline of working pump and walking pump.
Don't forget to apply sealant on working pumps and walking pumps , apply oil seals, tighten screws, to ensure there will be no oil leaking; adding engine lub. oil is important (there are winter lub. oil and summer lub. oil, the oil suitable for winter is relatively thin, the oil used in summer is relatively thick ).
